| dc.description | La recepción del sistema procesal penal acusatorio en Chile supone un tratamiento diverso para los sujetos procesales que intervienen en él. Por supuesto, ha dejado de considerarse al imputado como un objeto de persecución penal para reconocerse su calidad de sujeto rodeado de derechos fundamentales que deben respetarse. Se afirma, y así suele oírse en el discurso político, que también mejoró el tratamiento de la víctima. Sin embargo, tal cuestión no es muy clara. En consecuencia, parece necesario consultar los derechos que se le reconocen a nivel legal, para tener una dimensión aproximada sobre aquel cambio de tratamiento que se viene afirmando políticamente y se hace necesario también, por lo mismo, analizar algunos aspectos de la figura del querellante como sujeto procesal. | es-ES |
