| dc.description | Hoy nos planteamos el juicio oral como un discurso argumentativo en sí mismo, ya que su estructura integrada por un discurso de apertura, un período de prueba y un discurso de clausura es análoga al de este tipo de discursos, integrados a su vez, por una tesis, argumentos y una conclusión. Por lo cual es preciso elaborarlo como tal. Por otro lado, se requiere además que seamos capaces de expresarnos de manera persuasiva para que los miembros del tribunal se convenzan de que nuestra visión de los hechos es la correcta. Para ello, nuestro discurso no sólo debe ser entretenido o interesante, sino que además deberá dar la impresión, a quienes escuchan, de que se trata de la versión más fidedigna y la interpretación de la ley más adecuada y justa. Para ayudarnos en tal cometido contamos con distintas destrezas, entre las cuales resultan imprescindibles en el juicio oral las de persuasión y argumentación. Presentando éstas daremos contenido a nuestra historia, la cual logrará explicar: Lo que ocurrió; Por qué ocurrió; Por qué esta versión debe ser creída; Por qué podemos estar seguros de ello. | es-ES |
| dc.description | Currently, because of its analogous structure to the argumentative discourse – an opening, an evidence production period, and a closing– the oral proceeding is in itself considered argumentative discourse, which is made up, in turn, of a thesis, arguments, and a conclusion; therefore, it is strictly necessary to prepare it as such. Besides, it is necessary to speak persuasively so that the court members become convinced that the view of the facts presented is the correct one. For this reason, the discourse must not only be entertaining or interesting, but also it must give the listeners the impression that it is the most reliable and that the interpretation of the law is the fairest and most appropriate. Among the skills that can be relied on and are essential in oral proceedings are those of persuasion and argumentation. These will help make the discourse more attractive, with which it will be possible to explain what happened, why it happened, why this particular version must be believed, and why it is certain. | en-US |
