| dc.description | Este artículo revisa el origen del derecho de autor y su evolución histórica, tanto en Chile como en el Derecho comparado. Para ello, se aborda el surgimiento de este derecho bajo la forma de privilegios reales y su desarrollo en la vertiente anglosajona y europea continental. Posteriormente, el análisis se centra en la regulación que rigió en España y las Indias, estudiando su recepción y desarrollo por el derecho chileno, con especial énfasis en la regulación constitucional. finalmente, el autor plantea algunos tópicos inquietantes sobre la expansión de esta garantía. | es-ES |
