| dc.description | This work analyses the historical and theoretical reasons that are the basis for the division of power, with special reference to the judicial power and its need to be independent from the political powers. This analysis comprises the study of how said doctrine in the Chilean law has been understood. To do this we analysed, from the critique standpoint, the majority conception of the Chilean constitutional dogma in order to consider that the political bodies can exert the jurisdictional function. | en-US |
