Este trabajo, luego de examinar las distintas posiciones de la doctrina, propone cierta flexibilización del marco garantístico. After analyzing the different positions of the doctrine, this work proposes certain flexibilization of the guarantee framework. Likewise, terrorism has caused discussion regarding torture.
