El artículo intenta responder la pregunta de si existe o no y hasta qué punto una limitación a la cosa juzgada de sentencias nacionales de los Estados miembros de la Unión Europea; para lo cual se revisa ciertas sentencias importantes de los últimos años dictadas por el Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea.This article aims at answering the question whether there is, and if so, to what extent, a limitation to the res iudicata of the national decisions of the member States of the European Union.
