| dc.description | This article puts forward the grounds and the purposes of a reform to the Contract Law in the nineteenth century codes, inspired on the French Code Civil; in order to do so, it examines the corresponding reform projects prepared in France and explains which would be the proper parameters from a technical juridical point of view, which would influence this task. In short, it compares these suppositions with the French projects in the scope of the breach and contractual remedies. | en-US |
