En este análisis de jurisprudencia, se revisa un fallo dictado por la Corte de Apelaciones Presidente Aguirre Cerda, sentencia que significó un aporte de la ciencia del Derecho a lo menos, al incluir el principio de la equidad natural como principal fundamento.	es-ES
