En el ámbito escolar, los medios tecnológicos suponen una fuente inagotable de posibi­lidades para el alumnado, pero al mismo tiempo, estas herramientas son empleadas para difundir información ofensiva, amenazar, excluir, etc., generando el conocido ciberacoso. Esta situación ha hecho replantearnos el verdadero potencial de las Tecnologías de la In­formación y la Comunicación (TIC) y su utilización en el contexto educativo, así como los diferentes factores que pueden influir en su uso inadecuado. Para poder detectar y mejorar estas actuaciones, ofrecemos un cuestionario que se centra en el momento de inicio del ciberbullying, con el fin de detectarlo de manera precoz y poder desarrollar un protocolo de actuación que evite que dicha conducta se afiance en el alumnado de los últimos cursos de la etapa de Educación Primaria.Abstract In the school realm, the technological media are supposed to be an inexhaustible source of possibilities for the students, but at the same time these tools are employed to spread offensive information, to menace, to exclude, etc ., generating the well known cyber­bulling. This situation has made us to rethink the true potential of the Technologies of Information and Communication (TIC) and their use in the educational context, the same as the different factors that can influence their inadequate use. In order to be able to detect and improve these facts, we offered a questionnaire which focuses in the begin­ning of the cyberbulling, with the purpose of early detecting it, and to be able to develop a protocol that avoids such behavior to stay in the students belonging to last courses of Primary School.
