| dc.description | The present study looks into the concept of myth from the theory of historical knowledge to be included, with his own meaning and value, in the reconstruction of historical western memory and ancient Greece. Its epistemological status is approached distinguishing different uses and meanings, to later approach it inside the Greek ancient experience in the light of Hesíodo's poetry. We propose, in this sense, the possible rationality of myth as particular human expression with a voice, a meaning and an own historicity, which singularity is outlined by a multitude of convergent features of social and mental structure particular of the Greek period and the diverse contemporary interpretations of the studied phenomenon. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente estudio propone investigar el concepto de mito desde la teoría del conocimiento histórico e incluirlo, con su propio significado y valor, en la reconstrucción de la memoria histórica occidental y griega antigua. En él, se aborda su status epistemológico distinguiendo distintos usos y acepciones, para luego abordarlo dentro de la experiencia griega antigua a la luz de la poesía de Hesíodo. Proponemos, en este sentido, la posible racionalidad del mito como expresión humana particular con una voz, un significado y una historicidad propia, cuya singularidad está perfilada por una multitud de rasgos convergentes de estructura social y mental propios de la época griega y las diversas interpretaciones contemporáneas del fenómeno estudiado. | es-ES |
