dc.descriptionEl presente artículo se preocupa de estabelecer la relación entre investigación y su contribución a la enseñanza del Derecho, se indaga a partir de los resultados obtenidos en um estúdio de caso realizado en el curso de Derecho de la UNESC, a partir de los núcleos de investigación. El estudio tiene por propósito estabelecer la poca relación entre investigación y enseñanza, a pesar de que los profesores y estudiantes investigados reconozcan la importancia de la investigación para fortalecer la enseñanza.es-ES
dc.descriptionThe main object of this study was to identify the contribution of the research in Unesc‟s Law course through the research nucleus. In this sense, the study‟s methodology was based on the analyses of the data, documents, the realization of interviews, surveys and the analyses of the teaching plans, pedagogical project and research nucleus. The study showed that teaching and researching, although inseparable, don‟t have a direct relationship. The study pointed out that the teachers and students realize the importance of the research and consider it as a way to expand the knowledge, nevertheless the contribution if the research in teaching at Unesc‟sen-US
dc.descriptionO presente artigo consiste na abordagem da relação entre pesquisa e sua contribuição para o ensino de direito, a partir dos resultados obtidos em estudo de caso realizado no curso de Direito da UNESC, a partir dos Núcleos de Pesquisa. O estudo apontou que há pouca relação entre a pesquisa e o ensino no Curso, embora professores e estudantes investigados reconheçam a importância da pesquisa para qualificar o ensino.pt-BR
