| dc.description | Legal education is an area of higher education that has remained relatively consistent over time, in spite of the social and educational changes that our society has lived: changes caused by the emergence of digital media and the transformation of the paradigm with respect to the teacher-student relationship. El autor plantea la necesidad de que la enseñanza del derecho se modernice, para lo cual debe incorporar los cambios mencionados y, especialmente, considerar la investigación jurídica como una actividad permanente dentro del ámbito académico, y, además, colaborativa entre el docente y los estudiantes. | es-ES |
