Intenta mostrar además la relación de interdeterminación que se establece entre ambas disciplinas. Así mismo, se propone explorar en qué medida el uso “didáctico” de la literatura contribuye a consolidarla en el lugar de “ilustración” o “recurso didáctico” sobre el que se monta luego una teorización científica o jurídica así como a despojarla de su contexto y, por tanto, de su potencialidad crítica.
