| dc.description | The paper analyzes the current relationship between legal education and the social reality surrounding that teaching. Particularly, it breaks down how the teaching is carried out the didactic triad why, how and what to teach in the current Chilean universities. The analysis shows the existence of a fossilized didactic of law, based on the teaching of legal regulations and free of problematization and complexity. In this situation, the proposal is to introduce a new didactic of law, conceived as an activity and not as mere transmission of knowledge. In this respect, the new didactic would be much more in line with the wealth of current society. | en-US |
| dc.description | El artículo analiza la relación que existe hoy en día entre la enseñanza del derecho y la realidad social que rodea a esa enseñanza. Particularmente, se desglosa cómo se lleva cabo la tríada didáctica qué, cómo y para qué enseñar en las universidades chilenas actuales. El análisis presenta la existencia de una didáctica fosilizada del Derecho, basada en la ense ñanza de la normativa jurídica y exenta de problematización y complejidad. Frente a esta situación, la propuesta es instaurar una nueva didáctica del derecho, concebida como actividad y no como trasvasije de conocimientos, la que, de esta manera, sería mucho más acorde con la riqueza de la sociedad actual. | es-ES |
