| dc.description | Los espacios urbanos de tendencias metropolitanas representan concentraciones urbanas dominantes, las cuales tienden a ofrecer múltiples satisfactores que anuncian elevar el bienestar de sus habitantes, pero también es en estos lugares, donde el crecimiento demográfico y el territorial acelerado, producen múltiples problemas, entre ellos los espacios de habilitación infraestructural diferente, que dan lugar a la segregación espacial de algunos grupos sociales. En este crecimiento urbano precipitado, que transforma una ciudad en una metrópoli, se han identificado tres procesos intervinientes, los cuales son la base que explica el concepto de metrópoli prematura. | es-ES |
