| dc.description | El presente artículo efectúa un análisis de la Ley N° 20.823, de 2015, que modifica el Código del Trabajo en materia de jornada laboral, partiendo de una síntesis de la historia del establecimiento de dicha ley, así como una revisión crítica de la jurisprudencia administrativa dictada en atención a dicha normativa. En particular, el autor pone en tela de juicio la doctrina de la Dirección del Trabajo, consistente en la prohibición de modificar unilateralmente el sistema de turno establecido en el reglamento interno, para adecuarlos a la nueva legislación, a menos que cuente con el acuerdo del trabajador. | es-ES |
