La “atención estética”: explorando las posibilidades del diseño de interacción para reducir la revictimización

| dc.description | La revictimización es un fenómeno recurrente en México. Paradojalmente, tiene su origen en la atención que reciben las víctimas en las instituciones de justicia. Dado que los principales aportes para acoger y atender a las víctimas provienen de la psicología y las ciencias jurídicas (criminología, derecho, victimología), propongo un trabajo conjunto entre estas disciplinas y el diseño. Hago un planteamiento teórico exploratorio a partir de las ideas de Garzón (2017), específicamente las que se refieren al vínculo entre el objeto estético y la materia, el tiempo y el espacio, para diseñar lo que he denominado una “atención estética”. Con la experiencia de usuario y la interacción estética como ejes fundamentales, parto del supuesto de que la estética es humanización e interacción dialéctica entre los componentes y actores que conforman la experiencia. Concluyo que brindar atención estética a las víctimas requiere un proceso capaz de integrar la experiencia de la víctima como eje del proceso proyectual. Esto exige dejar de pensar que la atención está basada en la mera aplicación de protocolos, leyes y reglamentos estandarizados que ignoran las condiciones de tiempo y lugar, así como el modo en que las víctimas acuden a las instituciones que proporcionan estos servicios. La atención estética procura un cambio de perspectiva: la víctima no recibe atención, sino que participa en ella. | es-ES |
| dc.description | Revictimization is a recurring phenomenon in Mexico. Paradoxically, it has its origin in the attention that victims receive in justice institutions. Since the main contributions to the attention and care of victims come from psychology and legal sciences (criminology, law, victimology), this article proposes a joint work between these disciplines and design. Based on ideas posed by Garzón (2017), specifically those that refer to the link between the aesthetic object and matter, time, and space, the article introduces a theoretical-exploratory approach to design an 'aesthetic attention'. User experience and aesthetic interaction as fundamental axes of attention support the main assumption that aesthetics is humanization and dialectical interaction between the components and actors that structure the experience. To provide an aesthetic attention to the victims, the design process requires the integration of the victim's experience as its core. This requires us to stop thinking that attention is based on the mere application of standardized protocols, laws, and regulations that ignore the conditions of time and place, as well as the way in which victims reach the institutions that provide these services. Aesthetic attention seeks a change of perspective: the victim does not receive attention but participates in it. | en-US |
