| dc.description | The implementation of the law n°20.084 in 2007 pretended to articulate the the sentence compliance of young people with a socio-educational model. In this model, education has to be the core of the system but it has been confirmed that this articulation has not been accomplished because of
methodological the strategies implemented by CIP – CRC teachers from Talca, who are using the same strategies work applied on the rest of the schools along the country. Furthermore, the Ministry of Education does not consider the different realities, the socio-educational context and the curriculum adaptations at the moment of delivering lessons or adapting the curriculum.
Considering these records, this artide sase initial finalinz presents the first results related to the evaluation to improve the teaching and learning methodological strategies used by the teachers who work in this educational field. | en-US |
| dc.description | A partir de la implementación de la Ley 20.084, del 2007, desde Ministerio de Justicia se pretende establecer una articulación efectiva entre el cumplimiento de condena de jóvenes infractores de ley y un modelo socioeducativo, en el cual la educación debe ser el eje principal. En la práctica se constata que dicha articulación no se está llevando a cabo, pues los profesores que ejercen la docencia en los centros para jóvenes privados de libertad utilizan las mismas estrategias metodológicas de enseñanza-aprendizaje que son utilizadas en el resto de las escuelas y liceos del país. Es más, el propio Ministerio de Educación no considera ni contempla entre sus planes considerar las distintas realidades y contextos socioeducativos de la población escolar de estos centros y menos adaptaciones curricularesa la hora de realizar las acciones pedagógicas al interior del aula. | es-ES |
