| dc.description | This article tries to clear the way towards the seek for the concept of teacher that Chilean education requires to face today’s complex scenario. To do this we show the knew knowledges and competencies that education professionals in today’s Chile require. However, our worry arises because of the social confusion that there is. That’s why this study has to do with the moral formation of students, task that is in the hands of teachers. To do this we point out the possible reasons why such a task is part of the teachers’ responsibilities and not only a family task. However, we think it is extremely important that this task goes back to the family. Therefore, in this article we show some tools that the teachers can give to the families to empower them to face the role they have in the formation of their children. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente artículo pretende despejar, en algo, el camino hacia la búsqueda del ideario del profesor que se requiere en la educación chilena, al interior del complejo escenario educativo que se presenta. Es por esto que damos a conocer los nuevos conocimientos y competencias que requiere el profesional de la educación en la actualidad en nuestro país. Sin embargo, nuestra principal inquietud se presenta por la vorágine social existente, es por esto que lo anteriormente señalado tiene relación con la formación moral de los estudiantes, tarea que, querámoslo o no, está en manos del profesorado. Para esto, en primer lugar señalaremos los posibles motivos del porqué esta tarea forma parte también del quehacer docente y no tan sólo del familiar, como pudiera creerse en un primer momento. No obstante, consideramos que es de suma importancia que la formación en este plano vuelva a estar supeditada al núcleo familiar, motivo por el cual se abordan en este artículo algunas herramientas que el docente puede proporcionarle a la familia para que ésta logre empoderarse en la materia y por ende asuma el rol que le compete en la tarea formadora de sus hijos e hijas. | es-ES |
