| dc.description | The felony sentence drastically affects the family composition and can even generate its desintegration. This affects adult men, women and young men and women, who in many cases are economic breadwinners, leading to an emotional and economic destabilization in the family. Faced whit this situation the family network in many cases goes to the aid of the family who is helping meet the needs of the domestic whit in the prison, as well as costs of legal proceedings and lawyers, among others. Families in this situation are often doomed to sell or pawn their goods or property. This research aims to identify from the vision of the inmate and his partner, how dynamic restructuring whit in the household product that a family member is in situation of prison confinement, whether short, medium or long sentence. This is qualitative, where the interview technique was used. The study focused on the Penitentiary Compliance Center of Río Bueno, Region X city of rivers, Chile. The results were: despite the suffering that can generate them the fact of the detention of one of its members, have been able to maintain family relationships direct whit the internal; they are in the process of accepting the imprisonment of one its members; who they could not deal whit the process of the detention of the their family and therefore the withdrawal occurs with the internal. | en-US |
| dc.description | La pena aflictiva afecta drásticamente la composición familiar e incluso puede generar su desintegración. Esto afecta a hombres adultos, mujeres y jóvenes de ambos sexos, los que en muchos casos son proveedores económicos del hogar, lo cual lleva a una desestabilización emocional y económica en la familia. Frente a esta situación la red familiar en muchos casos va en auxilio de los integrantes que quedan, ayudando a suplir las necesidades del interno dentro de la cárcel, así como los costos de los procesos jurídicos y abogados, entre otros. Las familias en esta situación se ven abocadas muchas veces a vender o empeñar sus bienes o propiedades. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo identificar a partir de la visión del recluso y de su pareja, cómo se reestructura la dinámica al interior del grupo familiar producto que un integrante se encuentre en situación de reclusión carcelaria, ya sea de corto, mediana o de larga condena. Esta es de carácter cualitativo centrándose en el Centro de Cumplimiento Penitenciario de Rio Bueno, ciudad de la X Región de Los Ríos. Chile. Los resultados fueron: que a pesar del sufrimiento que les puede generar el hecho de la reclusión de uno de sus miembros, las familias han podido mantener las relaciones directas con el interno; están en proceso de la aceptación de la reclusión de uno de sus miembros y/o no han podido lidiar con el proceso de la reclusión de su familiar y por ende se produce el alejamiento con el interno. | es-ES |
