dc.descriptionThis article presents two elements of effective communication, such as listening and voice as tools for catechesis in virtual contexts, a key aspect for the generation and maintenance of links in complex, unprecedented and emergency contexts. To this end, a documentary and experiential review is carried out that allows us to approach the phenomenon of relationship and accompaniment with an evangelical sense, where understanding, reciprocity and discovery unfold as a catechetical synthesis. The discoveries and findings are related to a symmetrical, hermeneutic and heuristic listening, as well as constituting a hopeful and fraternal voice.en-US
dc.descriptionEste artículo presenta dos elementos de la comunicación efectiva, tales como la escucha y la voz como herramientas para la catequesis en contextos virtuales, aspecto clave para la generación y mantenimiento de los vínculos en contextos complejos, inéditos y de emergencia. Para ello, se realiza una revisión documental y experiencial que permite aproximarse al fenómeno de la relación y acompañamiento con un sentido evangélico, donde la comprensión, la reciprocidad y el descubrimiento se despliegan como una síntesis catequética. Los descubrimientos y hallazgos dicen relación con una escucha simétrica, hermenéutica y heurística, además de constituirse en una voz esperanzadora y fraternaes-ES
