| dc.description | Analizaremos las posibilidades para la generación de ofertas académicas a partir de las cualificaciones diseñadas para el sector agropecuario colombiano en el contexto del post acuerdo, como una posibilidad del país para constituirse en una despensa alimentaria a nivel regional. Bajo esta premisa, consideramos contextos orientados al cierre de brechas para el fortalecimiento de cadenas productivas, la disminución de la informalidad y el fortalecimiento del sector agropecuario como principal reglón económico. Para ello, se realizó un proceso de investigación de orden cualitativo, a partir de la implementación del convenio para el diseño de las cualificaciones en el sector agropecuario, estructurado a partir de la ruta metodológica plantada por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional de Colombia para el diseño de cualificaciones. Como resultado surgen cuatro trayectorias de formación por subsectores a partir de las cualificaciones diseñadas, que posibilitan la promoción de proyectos de vida en el agro, sustentados desde la oferta educativa y la demanda laboral. Así mismo, favorecen la formalización de las labores por niveles como un factor asociado a la equidad y al reconocimiento económico para los productores de este país. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The purpose of this research is to analyze the possibilities for the generation of academic offers based on the qualifications designed for the Colombian agricultural sector in the context of the post-agreement, as a possibility for the country to become a food pantry at the regional level. Under this premise, contexts aimed at closing gaps for the strengthening of productive chains, the reduction of informality and the strengthening of the agricultural sector as the main economic region are analyzed. For this, a qualitative research process was carried out, based on the implementation of the agreement for the design of qualifications in the agricultural sector, structured from the methodological route planted by the Ministry of National Education of Colombia for the design of qualifications. As a result, four training paths are configured by subsectors based on the qualifications designed, which enable the promotion of life projects in agriculture, supported by the educational supply and the labor demand. Likewise, they favor the formalization of work by levels as a factor associated with equity and economic recognition for the producers of this country. | en-US |
