| dc.description | This article aims to show the results of the research project called appropriation of the self-assessment process in the leading teachers of the process at the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Arauca campus. For this, the culture of self-assessment within the university was first analyzed and then the limitations for the training of those in charge of the process were identified. The research was carried out under a qualitative approach, Google forms and a focus group were used to collect the information, in total there were 17 officials in the sample. It was possible to identify that there is a lack of knowledge of the process in its entire structure and little training for the leading teachers in each program, as well as little support from the other campuses. Finally, a pedagogical and didactic tool was proposed to improve appropriation, which is a self-managed MOOC course for the entire educational community. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente artículo tiene como objetivo mostrar los resultados del proyecto de investigación denominado: Apropiación del proceso de autoevaluación en los docentes líderes del proceso en la Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, campus Arauca. Para esto, primero se analizó la cultura de autoevaluación al interior de la universidad y luego se identificaron las limitantes para la formación de los encargados del proceso. La investigación se realizó mediante un enfoque cualitativo, utilizando formularios de Google y grupo focal para a recolección de la información; en total fueron 17 los funcionarios de la muestra. Se pudo identificar que hay un desconocimiento del proceso en toda su estructura y poca capacitación a los docentes líderes en cada programa, así como también el poco acompañamiento de los demás campus. Finalmente, se propuso una herramienta pedagógica y didáctica para mejorar la apropiación consistente en un curso MOOC auto gestionable para toda la comunidad educativa. | es-ES |
