| dc.description | Conversations around Christianity as a form of monotheist and traditional religion, are problematic today. Any way of referring to Christianity is permeated by criticism, rejection or indifference before any totalizing basis of reality. This situation, which accommodates only pluralistic positions, is due to the failure of the great modern projects that gave meaning, such as nationalism, socialism and progress, which have failed on their attempt to solve the question of man. For Christianity, God’s revelation lies on the scriptures, the Bible would be the key to establish its particular ethos as a religion. For this reason, it is urgent to revalue it before a pluralistic context, gathe-ring the characteristics of the contemporary world on one hand and the qualities it possesses as a text on the other.In this sense, this research proposes Wolfgang Iser’s theory of aesthetic response as a method of biblical analysis, as it could validate the possibility for the existence of several interpretations of the Holy Scriptures, which constitutes a first point of approach between pluralism and the Christian faith. | en-US |
| dc.description | Las conversaciones en torno al cristianismo, como forma de religión monoteísta y tradicional, son problemáticas al día de hoy. Cualquier modo de referirse a éste se ve permeado por una crítica, un rechazo, o derechamente una indiferencia frente a cualquier fundamento totalizante de la realidad. Esta situación, que da cabida solo a posturas pluralistas, se debe a que los grandes proyectos modernos que otorgaban sentido, tales como el nacionalismo, el socialismo y el progreso, han fracasado en el intento de solucionar la pregunta por el hombre. Para el cristianismo, la revelación de Dios radica en las sagradas escrituras, la Biblia sería así el pilar fundamental para establecer su ethos particular como religión. Por este motivo, urge revalorizar este escrito frente a un contexto pluralista, aunando las características del mundo con-temporáneo por un lado y las cualidades que posee como texto por otro. En este sen-tido, la presente investigación propone la teoría de la reacción estética de Wolfgang Iser como método de análisis bíblico, pues así se valida la posibilidad de existencia de diversas interpretaciones a partir de las sagradas escrituras, lo cual constituye un primer punto de acercamiento entre pluralismo y fe cristiana. | es-ES |
