| dc.description | Analyze the working and emotional conditions with which teachers are carrying out their teaching under the distance modality mediated by the internet as a result of the pandemic consequences of the illness COVID 19 and of mandatory quarantine imposed by the national government of Colombia in response. The used the quantitative methodology and the non-experimental, transversal-correlational design. The technique used was the survey, it was implemented with 106 teachers located in Bogotá and neighboring municipalities, which included open and closed questions. It was found that teachers have a low knowledge of information and communication technologies, they were not provided training to meet this need, due to the current situation they have experienced states of amino such as frustration and depression and other negative emotions. It is evident in this work that Colombian teachers and managers, given the situation that the world is going through, have been obliged to work from virtuality, lack of knowledge and physical and technological resources that most of the members of the educational community have a relationship with the use of ICTs, which has produced strong levels of stress and frustration. | en-US |
| dc.description | Analizar las condiciones laborales y emocionales con las que los maestros están realizando su ejercicio docente bajo la modalidad a distancia mediada por el internet resultado de la pandemia consecuencia de la enfermedad COVID-19 y la cuarentena impuesta por el gobierno nacional de Colombia en respuesta a la misma. Se implementó metodología cuantitativa con un diseño no experimental transeccional correlacional, la técnica empleada fue la encuesta que se aplicó a 106 maestros y directivos ubicados en Bogotá y municipios aledaños, la cual contó con preguntas abiertas y cerradas. Se encontró que los maestros tienen un bajo conocimiento en las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación, no se les proporcionó capacitación para suplir esta necesidad, debido a la situación actual han experimentado estados de amino como la frustración y la depresión y otras emociones negativas. Se evidencia en este trabajo que los docentes y directivos colombianos, dada la situación que atraviesa el mundo, se han visto en la obligación de trabajar desde la virtualidad, sin, falta de conocimientos y recursos físicos y tecnológicos que la mayoría de los miembros de la comunidad educativa tiene en relación con el uso de las TICs, lo que ha producido fuertes niveles de estrés y frustración. | es-ES |
