Currently, with the use of social networks, terms such as Cyberbullying and Grooming have been born to explain these practices of violation of third parties, the first being the most mentioned in scientific articles : It is relevant to take into consideration that terms such as Cyberbullying, Grooming and Sexting are still under construction, since they have been addressed from different perspectives. Of these three concepts, the only one that is classified as a crime i s Grooming in Law 20,562 . For the organization of this article, first the concept of grooming and artificial intelligence will be defined, and then based on the different articles that talk about this topic, explain and make a link between them to gather what these challenges could beActualmente, con el uso de las redes sociales, han nacido términos como son el Cyberbullying y el mismo Grooming para lograr explicar estas prácticas de vulneración a terceros, siendo esta primera la más mencionada en artículos científicos. Es relevante tener en consideración que los términos como son el Cyberbullying, Grooming y Sexting aún están en construcción, ya que se han abordado de distintas perspectivas. De estos tres conceptos, el único que está tipificado como delito es el Grooming en la Ley 20.562. Para la organización de este artículo, primero se definirán el concepto de grooming e inteligencia artificial, para después, con base en los diferentes artículos que hablen sobre este tema, explanar y hacer vínculo entre estos para recabar cuáles podrían ser estos desafíos.
