| dc.description | Actualmente, con el uso de las redes sociales, han nacido términos como son el Cyberbullying y el mismo Grooming para lograr explicar estas prácticas de vulneración a terceros, siendo esta primera la más mencionada en artículos científicos. Es relevante tener en consideración que los términos como son el Cyberbullying, Grooming y Sexting aún están en construcción, ya que se han abordado de distintas perspectivas. De estos tres conceptos, el único que está tipificado como delito es el Grooming en la Ley 20.562. Para la organización de este artículo, primero se definirán el concepto de grooming e inteligencia artificial, para después, con base en los diferentes artículos que hablen sobre este tema, explanar y hacer vínculo entre estos para recabar cuáles podrían ser estos desafíos. | es-ES |
