dc.descriptionThe research aims to determine the effects of human, structural, and relational capital on entrepreneurship and innovation in the software development industry in an emerging country, Colombia. The sample consisted of 310 surveys of software development in micro and small companies from Colombia. The data were analysed using a structural equation model. Among the results found is the positive influence of structural and relational capital on human capital and the positive influence of human, structural and relational capital on entrepreneurship and innovation capital in micro and small companies of software development in Colombia. The value of this research lies in the relationship of the main identified elements: human, structural, relational, entrepreneurship and innovation capital, reducing the gap between the theoretical model of Knowledge Spillover Theory of Entrepreneurship and empirical model of Intellectus.en-US
dc.descriptionLa investigación tiene como objetivo determinar los efectos del capital humano, estructural y relacional sobre el emprendimiento y la innovación en la industria de desarrollo de software en un país emergente, Colombia. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 310 encuestas de desarrollo de software en micro y pequeñas empresas de Colombia. Los datos se analizaron utilizando un modelo de ecuaciones estructurales. Entre los resultados se encuentra la influencia positiva del capital estructural y relacional sobre el capital humano y la influencia positiva del capital humano, estructural y relacional sobre el emprendimiento y el capital de innovación en micro y pequeñas empresas de desarrollo de software en Colombia. El valor de esta investigación radica en la relación de los principales elementos identificados: capital humano, estructural, relacional, emprendimiento y de innovación, reduciendo la brecha entre el modelo teórico de Knowledge Spillover Theory of Entrepreneurship y el modelo empírico de Intellectus.es-ES
