This article describes an artistic program of guided tours to museums as a social intervention for the inclusion and cultural heritage’s enjoyment of senior citizens with Alzhéimer in an incipient stage. The aim of the plan consists in preserve its cognitive, functional and executive capacities, blurring the stigmas associated with the disease. Currently, Spain is a country with an aged society and therefore with a higher rate of elderly people who have this disease and it is increasingly. For this reason is necessary to train professionals in the sector to tackling the social work from a multidisciplinary perspective. It shows a series of artistic-educational visits and the experience of a training course in Art and Aging for social and sanitary staff to be implemented improving their social inclusion, wellfare, self-esteem and therefore their quality of life. The program was carried out under the protect of the PIRTU Predoctoral Grant (ORDEN EDU / 1204/2010, the 26th of August), financed by the Junta de Castilla y León and the European Social Fund.El presente artículo describe un programa artístico de visitas guiadas a museos como intervención social para la inclusión y disfrute del patrimonio cultural de personas de tercera edad con Alzhéimer en fase incipiente. El objetivo del programa es preservar sus capacidades cognitivas, funcionales y ejecutivas, difuminando los estigmas asociados a la enfermedad. Actualmente, España es un país con una sociedad envejecida y por tanto con un mayor índice de mayores que poseen dicha enfermedad y cada vez es más necesaria la formación de profesionales en este sector, que aborden el trabajo social desde una perspectiva multidisciplinar. Se muestran una serie de visitas artístico-educativas y la experiencia de un curso de formación en Arte y envejecimiento para personal sociosanitario, con el objetivo de ser implementadas mejorando su inclusión social, bienestar, autoestima y por tanto su calidad de vida. El programa ha sido realizado al amparo de la Beca Predoctoral PIRTU (ORDEN EDU/1204/2010, de 26 de Agosto), financiada por la Junta de Castilla y León y el Fondo Social Europeo.
