This article is tryng to fundament the conception of the moral education, between the studied realized by the Swiss psychologist Jean Piaget, and his outreach over the moral development, understanding this like the cognitive advance and also emotional who allow the person to build his own moral personality. Is attempts is to reveal that moral education is a mediated process the development of the intelligence between the interaction and his own experience that provided the social context, is therefore is going to dimension the influence of the school and family like socializing vehicles in the develop of the moral judgment of the kids and teenagers.Este artículo se propone fundamentar la concepción de la educación moral, a través de los estudios realizado por el psicólogo suizo Jean Piaget, y sus alcances sobre el desarrollo moral, entendido éste como el avance cognitivo y emocional que permite a la persona construir su personalidad moral. Se intenta revelar que la educación moral es un proceso mediado por el desarrollo de la inteligencia, por medio de las interacciones y de las experiencias que proporcionan los contextos sociales, por tanto, se dimensionará la influencia de la escuela y la familia como vehículos socializadores en el desarrollo del juicio moral de los niños y adolescentes.
