Los resultados de estas pruebas no han logrado el objetivo central de identificar las problemáticas fundamentales en cuanto a calidad y equidad. Más aún, estas pruebas solo han demostrado los altos indices de segregación escolar en el presente. La preponderancia del sistema de mercado y sus consecuencias negativas en la búsqueda de una mejor calidad educativa.
