Su quehacer fue, por consiguiente etnolingüístico, a base de data obtenida de boca de hablantes nativos competentes. Transcurrido más de un siglo su obra continúa vigente, y su conocimiento es obligatorio para quienes se proponen investigar en profundidad sobre la lengua y cultura mapuches. | es-ES |
