El presente ensayo, derivado de algunas investigaciones y experiencias educativas previas, plantea que una auténtica educación praxeológica tiene que seducir al sujeto aprendiz hasta convertirlo en todo lo que potencialmente podría llegar a ser (alguien otro), y para ello tiene que subvertir sus convicciones, creencias y prejuicios, así como su contexto; todo lo anterior significa que la acción educativa tiene algo de perversión, sobre todo porque va más allá de lo cognitivo, pudiendo perturbar lo afectivo y pasional. Y todo ello bajo el supuesto de que la educación que queremos promover, desde otra mirada, es el proceso interactivo y dialéctico de socialización y autonomización de los sujetos, -desde un trabajo reflexivo, creativo, crítico y responsable sobre sus prácticas, adaptado a los rasgos individuales de cada uno y a los contextos socioculturales en los que se desempeñan-, que pretende actualizar el potencial de cada uno en sus dimensiones intrapersonal, interpersonal y social, al tiempo que contribuir al desarrollo autogestionario de las comunidades en donde interactúan.This essay, derived from some research and previous educational experiences, states that an authentic praxeological education has to seduce the apprentice subject until turning him into everything he could potentially become (someone else), and for this he has to subvert his convictions, beliefs and prejudices, as well as their context; all of the above means that the educational action has something of a perversion, above all because it goes beyond the cognitive, being able to disturb the affective and passionate aspects. And all this under the assumption that the education we want to promote is the interactive and dialectical process of socialization and autonomy of the subjects, -from a reflective, creative, critical, and responsible work on their practices, adapted to the individual traits of each one. and the sociocultural contexts in which they work-, which aims to update the potential of each one in their intrapersonal, interpersonal, and social dimensions, while contributing to the selfmanagement development of the communities where they interact.
