| dc.description | La Inteligencia emocional (IE) entendida como habilidad para expresar, controlar, comprender, interpretar y responder a las emociones propias y las de los demás, ha cobrado interés científico debido a la influencia que tiene sobre variados aspectos del ámbito escolar. Es por ello que el objetivo de este trabajo es generar una reflexión en torno a la influencia que tiene la inteligencia emocional en el éxito académico de los estudiantes. La investigación científica ha avalado la vinculación entre inteligencia emocional y proceso cognitivo, llegando a plantearse que emoción y cognición son compatibles, inseparables y que se benefician mutuamente a través de las relaciones circulares existentes entre ellas. Estos hallazgos permiten proyectar una serie de implicaciones educativas sobre la Inteligencia emocional en el ámbito escolar. | es-ES |
| dc.description | Emotional intelligence (EI) understood as the ability to express, control, understand, interpret and respond to one's own emotions and those of others, has gained scientific interest due to the influence it has on various aspects of the school environment. Therefore the objective of this study is to generate a reflection on the influence that emotional intelligence has on the academic success of students. Scientific research has endorsed the link between emotional intelligence and cognitive process, concluding that emotion and cognition are compatible, inseparable and mutually benefited through the existing circular relationships between them. These findings allow to project a series of educational implications on emotional intelligence in the school environment. | en-US |
